“The place smelled like old urine. The floor at the entrance to the room was so sticky, it felt like it was going to pull your shoes off. I asked for another room, and they moved me, but that room had the same problem. I asked for a refund because I wanted to leave since it smelled like old carpet and the amenities looked very worn out. I couldn’t get my money back, so I just left and went to another hotel.”

“Pretty disappointing. I usually don’t care much about the room, as long as there’s a shower and a bed for cheap. This place is disgusting. The room I got, 111, is infested with mold. The dehumidifier included in the room is obviously never cleaned or emptied by housekeeping, as it was coated in mold when I opened the tank to drain it.
