The Climate Control of the room was just non existent and the hotel is a bit worn. I would even say that it isn't worth the money that we paid for it.

Great famyly hotel with short walk to the beach

Nice breakfast and great facilities for a family with teenagers. Not so easy for people who don't know German as signs and information was only in German. Our sofabed was not made up and towels where missing although we booked for four persons. It was still not done for the evening as they promised. It worked out in the end thanks to the friendly night portier. The bowling area was not so clean. Pool table cues broken.

Elegant facility with a few wrinkles

Overall we liked the hotel, spacious room, comfy bed and welcoming staff. Fabulous pool area and we tried the tapas restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. What didn’t go well. I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. They were nice about it and brought a dog kit to our room shortly after check in. Our room was not completely set up, no robes, slippers or towels for the room. Toiletries you would expect in the bathroom were also missing. When we went to reception about 9:30 the very kind young man on duty had to scramble to get robes for us from unoccupied rooms as they were out. We were a bit disappointed in the attention to detail but the staff did help out to fix missing items. Maybe there needs to be a quality check on rooms? Lastly trying to put the key card in the receptacle to initiate power in the room is quite difficult in the dark, maybe have a motion light as in the closet to remedy this? Breakfast was picked over before 11am, no rolls or fresh bread, croissants were scorched, even though it should be open until noon. Hot items were cold. This could be better We do hope to stay again, so I hope you’ll take the feedback as constructive not merely complaining. Much about your hotel is truly excellent

Wir fahren seit 3 Jahren ins Plaza Premium Hotel und sind jedes Jahr sehr glücklich und zufrieden. Die Lage ist top, es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man in 5 Minuten zu fuss am strand. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und man hat zu zweit sehr viel Platz. Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und toll gestaltet. Das gesamte Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Regenwetter hat man tolle Möglichkeiten den Tag im Hotel zu gestalten (zB. Tennis, Bowling, Schwimmbad & Sauna) Tiefgarage kostet 19€ pro Tag, wir finden den Preis angemessen. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal !

Es gibt keine Wattepeds, Q-tips, Conditioner / Bodylotion im Bad. Das hätte ich aufgrund des Preises auf jeden Fall erwartet. Bademäntel muss man sich an der Rezeption holen?! Warum liegen die nicht auf dem Zimmer? Etwas umständlich, wenn man spontan schwimmen gehen möchte.

Sehr gute Lage, ausgezeichnetes und vielseitiges Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Außerdem hat man viele Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten im Hotel selbst. Von Billiard und Bowling über Sauna und Schwimmbad ist alles dabei. Wir hatten leider bei Ankunft keine Seife im Badezimmer und es klebten Zahnpasta Reste von vorherigen Gästen am Waschbecken, nach einem Gespräch mit dem Personal wurde das Zimmer direkt erneut gereinigt und wir hatten nichts mehr zu beanstanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Viele Leistungen im Hotel inklusive- Pool & Sauna, Billiard, Tennis, Fitness, Bowling. Super Frühstück! Zimmerausstattung war super, mit Mikrowelle und kleinem Kühlschrank. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern unten einen großen Pool. Die Hotelbar ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel, sehr nettes Personal. Der Bierpreis ist für eine Bar ok, Mischgetränke finde ich zu teuer. Das ein Hotel vor der Saison renoviert werden muss, dafür habe ich natürlich Verständnis, wenn man sich beim Frühstück aber durch den enormen Baulärm nicht unterhalten kann, das geht eigentlich nicht.dann muss ein bisschen später mit der Arbeit begonnen werden...beim Abendessen mussten wir zwischen den Gängen enorm lange warten. Wir waren dreimal abends im Hotel essen, an alken drei Tagen konnte wir nicht wirklich gemeinsam essen. Die ersten waren mit dem Essen schon fertig, da haben zwei von uns ihr Essen erst bekommen. Das Essen an sich war gut, zwei von uns hatten kein warmes Fleisch..bei mir war es gut...ich möchte hier erwähnen, dass wir ( 10 Personen) und nur 5 weitere Personen dort essen waren...eine weitere Sache störte mich. Die Parkgebühren sind mit 19 Euro pro Tag ziemlich hoch. Wenn eine Familie anreist und nochmal zusätzlich ca. 150 Euro dazu kommen..na ja..Insgesamt bleibt zu hoffen, dass die angesprochenen Auffälligkeiten der Vorsaison geschuldet ist und der Baulärm beim Frühstück irgendwann wegfällt (man hätte beim einchecken darauf hin weisen können)..sonst war alles sauber, schöne zimner, gute Ausstattung..
