“Staff was great but I was annoyed that I called for maintenance to check our AC, as it was 81 degrees in the room, and I received a call back (we were out of the room at the time) letting me know the AC was working fine and it was 66 in the room. I travel with a portable clock and room temperature device. It was no where near 70, much less 66. The AC was set at 66 but it was not working properly. I ended up turning the AC off for a minute and turning it back on, and it worked fine after that....

“How to begin? So many things wrong! Poor services and front desk take forever to answer the phone. Also, the front desk has no customer service politeness. The first night was a disaster! When I was putting away the trash under the sink a big cockroach said “hello” to us! The apartment desired cleanliness, especially the floors, very dusty and crawling little bugs.
