Listing has wifi---- works 10% of the time. Listing has stovetop and utensils ---- none. This was a room not a condo. They cleaned the room once in 6 days. Listing says 5 minute walk to the pier------- it is very steep hill---- only a serious athlete could do it in 5 minutes."

I mention that because it’s the main reason that I book certain places (I need WiFi). If they say there is WiFi and it doesn’t work, it really messes up my trip! "The house is very isolated. Not feasible to walk back and forth to Sabang, where the closet market is located. The house had not been cleaned in weeks, which meant the beds were very dusty. Recommend bringing your own linens. There was no drinking water or wifi, and breakfast was not included as advertised. Power goes out often (not Bahay Isla's fault), so good luck sleeping when the weather is hot. "

"The resort is tranquil and beautiful, the rooms intricately designed … but it is not senior friendly. Steps everywhere you go … to your room, the pool, to wellness programs both included in your room rate and many others you have to pay for. Meals are pre-ordered on a fairly limited menu. I’m glad we got to experience Nawa … one night to enjoy a very friendly staff and the natural beauty of the place was enough."
