“We asked to cancel and receive a refund for the second night booking.
we did not have a comfortable stay and being sent to the dirty room next door for a shower after a poor disturbed night's sleep was the last straw. Our shower was apparently suffering from low water pressure but the one next door was fine!
The following items were not acceptable even for budget accommodation:
Stink of damp and dog in the room.
Disturbance from "hi, you are being recorded" constantly from the camera outside...

10/10 훌륭해요
Recently my family stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Dunstable for one night during journey on National Trust - Ashridge Estate. I strongly recommend here as my family had really been enjoying new and clean facilities, kindness of all the staffs, and accessibility to the main places to visit around this hotel. A room was so clean and new, and the breakfast was nicer than as expected. Absolutely I would stay again if I travel around this area.
