“The air conditioning was broken when we got there. The staff refused to fix it and the heat was horrible. We had to keep the doors open because the heat got so bad so we woke up with bug bites everywhere. There were ants all over the room as well. The staff kept saying they would fix it and wouldn’t even come check on it or move us into another room. We spent the whole trip like this. The staff was also very rude and felt very unwelcoming. I would not come to this hotel and spend a little more...

“Location was excellent. Very clean and spacious rooms. More spacious than most other rooms in Syros. Breakfast was also good. Self serve buffet and had variety. No lift. We ran into an issue with our key pad lock and they were on site immediately.”
