I loved that it wasn’t hard to be checked in, everything was clean and tidy except for the microwave- there was left over cheese or something on the glass tray. One of the house keepers helped find my phone and brought it out to me so that was very sweet!

We like that It's easy to get to, an affordable price! Also, we like that it includes a good breakfast! The front desk lady, whom is busy, but is great about our service and getting our needs met. We disliked that it was unusually bery dirty!!. The workers left a lot of tracks and mud on the floors and walls, the chairs were very dirty in the breakfast area! And our room when we checked in was not cleaned, the bathroom tub was dirty, The floor was very gross, and there was garbage everywhere in the entire room. The cleaning staff argued we had been there before, but we just checked in! Not cool.

I been at that location dozen times. on more than 1 occasion there is no remote or the AC didn't work. I'm in the Hospitality business also, and i know its hard work. but i feel like the staff is over looking the rooms sometimes. thank you.

Good stay-has what you need for basic stay

We loike coming to stay at microtel in tioga, nd as it has what you need and a good breakfast in the morning. This stay seemed To be abit less clean, even though not so busy, and was hard to get someone at the desk to get checked in and checked out,but. The staff is always friendly and nice!! Im guedsing they are just probably understaffed like most places..

I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to my room for the second night of my stay to find that my room had been serviced! It was not expected but very much appreciated!

Felt like they were shutting down

There were no keys available for any rooms so we had to be let in by the front desk staff. This was true for every person staying in the hotel. The rooms were clean for this type of hotel in the bed was comfortable, however, the bathroom floors had not been washed, and that was evident by some of the stains around the toilet. The TV remote did not work and of the five different rooms that we as a family had at this hotel only one worked properly. No attempt was made to fix any of them. Our phone did not have a dialtone either and that was not a concern to the front desk. At breakfast there was no syrup and all drinks were significantly watered down. This is a working man’s hotel for the oil field, and several of the residents were upset by the lack of food. The price was reasonable, but we still expected many of the amenities that Are common such as a working TV and hotel keys as well as breakfast when it’s part of the package. The bed was comfortable otherwise it would’ve been a total loss. If I was back in town again, I would not stay at this hotel.

The girl at night at the front desk was very rude to us and not helpful when we were trying to check out early due to my company moving my job location. I purchased insurance on the trip just incase and I asked her to call the manager which she didn’t want to at all then she did finally and magically they were able to let us check out early.
