The customer service experience was above and beyond any I had encountered in a very long time. The hotel itself was very quiet, despite some obvious construction and a few minor overlooked housekeeping finds which honestly can be found in some level at any hotels, the property as a whole was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of toiletries stocked in the bathroom area, and we spent our entire stay without ever hearing neighbors despite the hotel and at least every room on our floor being occupied.

Would stay there again, as the rooms were good!

The staff was friendly, and the room clean and the bed comfy! However, the tv remote was missing and the guy in charge of that was gone for the day. Also, missing the ice bucket ~ and the cleaning service was gone for the day. Breakfast was slow as something about the first crew. The staff was working hard to get out the food, but it was slow. The hallways needed vacuuming, but the room was good.

The check in was smooth. Facility is nice. Room was clean, large and comfortable. We didn’t have a streaming box in our room. Remote but no box. The maintenance didn’t know anything about it. But not a big deal. No hair dryer in room so they brought one. Bathroom large and clean. Shower was a walk in and big. But no water pressure at all. Terrible shower head. Other than that we liked it very much. Breakfast was very good as well. And checkout was easy. I would stay here again. Maybe the other rooms have a better shower.

Very nice place! Had to go across the parking lot to sister motel to do laundry which was a pain. Had a family with kids that stayed above us, seemed like they were jumping on the beds and running around all night. But other than that, stay was good!

I would have to say the most memorable part of the stay was at Check in Mindy was so amazing she checked Myself and my family right in despite having to answer the phone and advise others they were booked. Such impeccable Customer Service we extended our stay at the Little Missouri because she was so amazing. Every Motel Needs a Mindy. Definitely 10/10
