What a wonderful gem of a hotel. The location was incredible, close to the train station and close to restaurants. Lots of little shops and cafes close by. The check-in process was fantastic, and the lady at the reception recommended some great restaurants in the area. The room was everything we could have wanted, and even had a washing machine if you have time to freshen up your clothing before taking the train. Would 110% stay at this hotel again when taking the train into Switzerland from Tirano.

Spacious room and bath, short walking distance from Tirano’s train station as well as to breakfast and dining options. Ground floor rooms have access to an enclosed yard which is useful for drying clothes in the sun. Top service from its staff!

Staff was lovely and laundry was handy! The room was very clean and modern. My only suggestion would be a mirror in the bedroom and more counter space in the bathroom. Overall a good stay and easy to get to Bernina Express! Thank you very much!

I emailed with Mara back and forth, she was so quick and answered all my questions (which I'm sure most were answered in the information packet she sent). The property is clean, and in an excellent location: minutes walk from the train and surrounded by mountains! Tirano was our last stop in Italy, but was actually my favorite. Lots of food and shops around.

The positives Really great location for the station and downtown Nice room with lots of useful amenities including a washing machine The negatives Not easy to find and is not known on Apple Maps (try Google Maps) The bed and pillows are not very comfortable. This is not a bad review, with some small changes this could be the absolute best hotel for the Bernina Express

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and close to everything in the city. Check-in was smooth and efficient, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. One of the highlights was the terrace with its stunning mountain views it was the perfect place to relax. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We booked the Bernina Suites for one night for a planned train trip the next afternoon. After being in Tirano for less than one day, we wished we had planned to stay longer. Our studio room was spacious and comfortable, safe and clean. It was a joy to do some laundry after two weeks on the road (washer only but our travel clothes dried overnight on the provided drying rack). The receptionist recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner and a bakery for breakfast. We were able to store our bags in a basement storage room while we walked the town and had lunch before our afternoon train. The hotel is an easy walk to the station. We would definitely stay again.

The property was extremely clean and the room a very large size for Europe. The receptionist was very professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful. Her English knowledge was outstanding. The room had a small kitchette, good shower and good washing machine that took less than 2 hours to wash. The full sized drying rack had our clothes dry overnight. The window/doors tipped in or opened fully to let air in. The rollladen/metal outside shades were electric and worked well too. The bed was very firm. I wish all of our accommodations in Europe were as nice as this place. 10/10.
