"The location of the hotel is great. It is close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The biggest problem however, was that the hotel was poorly staffed. One person was expected to cook, serve, make coffees for all the guests. By the time a coffee was ready the meal was finished. This wasn't the fault of the employee but rather of how they managed their personnel. We had to ask for amenities such as soap, towels, an iron on a regular basis. "Wow, this hotel is very nice. It’s set up on a hill with an unobstructed view overlooking the beautiful harbor. The balcony is large and has a table and chairs for sitting outside. Inside, there is a small kitchette with dishes, utensils, sink and 2 burner (2 hob) stove. A parking lot is in front of the building. Most importantly, the owner is very nice. I will sing his praises for helping me out when I injured myself; after seeing the doctor, he took me to the pharmacy and to a bakery to get some food for the room. That was incredibly kind. Some things to consider: This property will likely not be suitable for people with physical challenges. The hills in Tolo are steep, and one needs to go up and down the hills to access the beach. Also, there is no elevator in this building."
