Very mediocre hotel with mediocre room. Though its location appears great (bang opposite the bus station)...there are much better options within walking distance.

Facilities are clean and comfortable. Staff was great. But by virtue of location (central bus stand) it was noisy. Wi-Fi was very inconsistent. There are a lot of food offerings around the hotel. Skip the restaurant at the facility, but if you must stay in , please, please do not have the penne arrabiatta :)

This place was adequate for our purposes and we couldn't complain given the price we were paying. You do notice the difference compared to 5 star hotels but that is why the price is what it is. There was a safe in the room. Bathroom was on smaller side but fine. Toiletries provided.They made dosa on request at breakfast.We only stayed one night. It is about half an hour drive from Ranganathaswamy Temple temple and depending on traffic, slightly less for Rockfort temple. We had our evening meal at Masal Door and walked back to the hotel. The hotel was good enough for what we wanted. If you want more, then there is at least one other hotel in Trichy but at much greater price.

Just ok

The red fox is a little tired but clean hotel. Service is attentive and prompt, however i has terrible with clarity. I was told breakfast was included with my room repeatedly only to find it wasn't and i was sitting on a large bill for substandard food over my stay. The breakfast buffet is not worth what they charge. It's OK but not worth the Rs350 they bill. I only tried it because i thought it was free. You can order fresh breads, french toast, puri, dosas etc but these are slow as molasses, they'll be hot and ready around lunch time.

All the staff in the bar cafe restaurant and desk were very friendly helpful and attentive Especially Flora and Gopal . The rooms and linen were clean but could really do with a thorough scrub and perhaps some extra talc and maintenance
