I was very much disappointed with the room condition, especially the bathroom. Difficult to flush the toilet. Very difficult to operate the main room door, every time I had to call for assistance.

Service at front desk was horrible lady keep Interrogating me , beds are hard like rock. However restaurant staff was great food was good in both the restaurants ate all meals here. But room quality, front desk staff is not worth the price and hype

A decent place, but for the rate charged, it is not of that standard. Check in was not smooth, because they could not connect with my original booking. I am thankful to Expedia for retrieving my original booking reference.

awful hotel - Do not stay there
Check-in desk staffs are awful , they have ZERO experience in how to talk to guests , rooms were not cleaned (asked multiple times to clean room and change bed sheets). I felt insulted when the check-in staff inquired about a water bottle I hold on my hand (not even cost 25 cents) , as if I shoplifted a water bottle (SO AWFUL and extreme RUDE behavior).I never recommend to stay in this hotel.So far no apology from staff or hotel manager.

Definitely worth a stay.
Very comfortable stay. Room very nice and tidy. Staff was extremely friendly right from our entry to exit. The concierge were helpful as I missed my check out time. They were considerate and extended my time. Absolutely loved the food. And the plus was parking. Would recommend this place to everyone visiting Tirupati.

Peaceful Stay
The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is also very courteous and accommodative. The hotel accommodates a request for early check-in also. The breakfast is one of the best I have had which has a lot of variety, good taste, and a very reasonable tariff.

Centrally located hotel. Everyone knows about it by the name Grand Hotel. Staffs are extremely cordial. The entrance/ lobby could have been better with the looks even though it is spacious. The room windows are shaded gives feeling of non-existence of the window without possibility of sun rays at any point of time. It is possibly due to presence of a large shopping mall adjacent to the hotel.... hardly separated from the hotel building. However, in some occasions the mall could be of an advantage

Nice hotel and staff.
Like the hotel. Will gladly stay again. In fact, I will only stay at Minerva Grand. Liked the room service and the restaurant. There was an issue with the AC but the staff fixed it.

The bathroom had leaky water lines. Water from shower was flowing in the entire bathroom. Not a clean bathroom compared to the room because of poor upkeep. Good restaurant. Complementary Breakfast was good. Location is good.

Great stay
I had a great stay. The staff members were top notch and provided great service. The room was nice and clean. All facilities were excellent. Bathrooms need some small fixes but great overall, will stay again.

Disappointing!
I paid for a room with a view along with a King Size bed. I got neither of them at checkin. I was given a 2 twin bed room which had no view. Quite disappointed after the extra $$ I paid for this hotel and room

Unpleasant experience .
The hotel did not offer breakfast even after thete was a confirmation for the same & I had paid for it in my booking & it was there in my booking itinerary. There was an argument for the same. The hotel does not have any thing great to be a 4 star. It's an ordinary hotel.

I have booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The hotel management couldn't find us a room with 2 beds. And, they charged an exorbitant price for an extra bed. Quoted a nominal price when ordering the extra bed but, charged a higher rate.

Hotel is decent
The local hotels in Tirupathi offer 24 hrs. When you book through Expedia you end up paying for 1.5 days if you need to stay a day to do darshan. The hotel offers the same room with breakfast if you call directly.
