"I stayed in a renovated room and had no complaints. AC was great, space was large and comfortable. The hotel is right next to a convenient bus stop. It does take about 25 minutes to get to the train station by bus, and it's a fair distance from Old Town. Breakfast wasn't worth the money, but it was convenient. Overall I would stay here, just have an idea of where you want to visit to know if this location is convenient."

The location is convenient for visiting Freiburg, and the hotel provides a good balance between comfort and practicality for both business and leisure travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall check-in and stay experience was smooth. The room was well maintained and provided all the essentials for a relaxing stay. "The property is not easily a accessable via public transport. The bus from either side of the road runs every 1 hour only( usually 5-8 minutes late), so if you plan a connecting bus or train, you shall plan accordingly else can miss neck 2 neck connections. Problem is with Hotels.com description...which makes it look goodie- goodie and easy going! Best if you come by own vehicle/ car !"
