“A wonderful stay that made beautiful Tivoli an even more beautiful memory. The host was welcoming, and the property has been recently renovated with modern facilities. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed an excellent meal at Osteria Mom located right next to the property. All staff members were friendly and professional. I would be happy to return on my next visit to Tivoli.”

“Possibly the only hotel I've ever been where the actual room exceeded the photos of the room.”

“Highly recommended. Just a lovely place to stay. Beautifully renovated building from the 1600's. Owner was charming and incredibly helpful. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay.”

“Parking is tight and a lot of work if you are not from here. Giovani met us in the parking lot and parked the car for me (glad he did). The room was up 3 floor and as expected no elevator. The room was charming and clean; there were screens in the window and a ceiling fan or a nice breeze. The internet was good and the building was quite, but some noise outside for a bit at night. The bathroom was okay- small as expected. The only issue was there were no night time curtains for the window. I...

“Excellent place to stay, it was super clean the the staff goes out of their way to help you out if you need to. There many restaurants and shops close by 👍”

“Great central location in Tivoli. Clean room with kitchenette and enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop patio. Staff were very helpful.”

“Great place!!!”

“Great stay!”

“I liked the property but it was hard to get a taxi. If you have your own car it would be a great place to stay. There is no place to eat dinner either so definitely need to have a car.”

“Ospitalità e servizio impeccabili. Ci tornerò di sicuro. ”

“Excellent but the checkin should be 2:00 at least not 10”
