“Nice friendly staff”

“Great stay. Will stay here again”

“10/10”

“Employees are grouchy, don’t smile except one employee his name was Rabah.”

“Wonderful”

“Old but managed clean room. Freindly and professional staffs. Nice location. Fantastic breakfast. Nice fancy and rational price bar.”

“We stayed in the family room. Excellent value. Clean rooms, kind staff, quiet. Would recommend.”

“Clean & spacious!”

“One of the bath towels was previously used and had what it appeared to be coffee stains or human feced.? I went to the reception and showed it to the staff and their reaction was “we will bring you a clean towel”.”

“Overall aspects of this hotel were perfect like always. The only inconvenience is that window couldn't be opened.”

“Super comfortable beds. Excellent location. Great price. My only complaint is that I booked this hotel with free breakfast (according to my booking) however at the hotel they said that wasn’t the case and I had to spend an hour or two trying to resolve this with Expedia. It still lead to me being questioned every morning by staff if breakfast was included in my booking. Therefore; the hotel or Expedia should sort out this communication or system issue. Otherwise, it was a perfect hotel.”

“exelant”
