Tlalnepantla de Baz, Mexico City hotel rooms at the Wyndham Hotels

"This hotel is on a busy street but convenient for walking to places. Definitely recommend . Easy check in, easy finding room, and roomie rooms. Room was modern but missing a bench or couch. Our TV had 2 damages but still worked. "

"Very clean hotel very well organized. The staff is wonderful and make you feel like family. The hotel is in a great location everything is walking distance. The rooms are very well kept and the bed is very comfortable. The cafe is a plus with access to it 24 hours. Breakfast is also very good. Muchisimas gracias a Didier, Victor y Manuel por todas sus atenciones. Nos sentimos en casa y entre familia! Regresamos pronto!"

"The staff were very courteous and helpful. The view we had (half of the city and half of Chapultepec park) was great. The location is closed to many attractions."

"Hotel looks nice within the pictures, but when arriving and in the room it is a different experience. Our party was excited to use the pool/jacuzzi for our stay but turns out that it is under construction and was not notified of the construction going on during the mornings when they were renovating it. In the hotel room, the towels were no where near new - the towels had holes/ripped from side. The bed sheets also were no where near new as well - there also were holes visible. The draining system for the sink was also a mess, our sink would get flooded constantly when using it. There was no mini fridge or ice bins to keep our items cold although there was an ice machine. The safe was also not working in our room and other rooms we got for our stay. Our hotel room key would also get randomly decommissioned and would have to go back to the front desk to get it reactivated. I would not stay at this hotel or recommend anyone else to stay in the future. "
