"Very close to the historical center of Puebla. Many good restaurants and cafes nearby. Fast elevator. Gym lacks air con but doesn't get insufferably hot. The room has an alcove with a large shelf where you can easily and comfortably open your suitcase instead of having to open it on the floor. One negative here: although this is a modern hotel, it lacks a laundry room for guests. The closest laundromat is a 15 minute walk away and is quite busy due to lack of public laundromats in the vicinity."

"The room was fine, nice. The staff excellent. The rooftop pool needs repairs. The door to the bathroom near the pool is hard to open, the two doors are not aligned properly (we already mentioned to the staff on prior visit). No soap in the bathroom. The furniture on the sundeck is falling apart. "
