“I stayed at the Ibis Tlemcen six years ago, and it was nice. I stayed last week for 4 nights. I found that the hotel staff are still incredibly helpful and truly do their best. These shortcomings negatively impacted my overall stay. The only saving grace was the wonderful hospitality of the staff....
