Dear Schnika,Thank you for having taken the time & the trouble of sharing with us your comments following your recent stay at "Coco Reef Resort & Spa", here in Tobago.We are very sorry to learn, that, most regrettably, you did not enjoy your stay with us, which is most unfortunate, as our main objective is to achieve optimal guest satisfaction by ensuring, that the highest standards of service are maintained at all times, for the benefit of our most esteemed guests.With regards to your comment ref the Hotel being neglected, whilst the Hotel is 26 years old, contrary to your statement, since arriving here back in April 2023, every endeavor is being made by our Repair & Maintenance Team to systematically and gradually bring this "Grand Dame" back to its original glory.For your info, the aforementioned is being carried out "phase-by-phase", whereby we have already been repainting many of the main areas of the Resort as well as now addressing the same in our Guest Rooms, Suites and Villas. Having said this, we are sorry that you did not find your Room to be to your satisfaction.With regards to the subject matter of Beach Towels, again, contrary to your statement, an order for new Beach Towels has already been put in place and thus, we are now taking delivery therefrom in different batches, in order to be able to satisfy the needs of our most discerning guests, as should be the case.In terms of the staffing of the Hotel, once again, contrary to your allegation, we have a full staffing in effect and as is the case in any other Hotel or Resort of the caliber of "Coco Reef Resort & Spa" worldwide, we are continuously recruiting & training new staff to the very best of our ability, in order to be able to provide our esteemed guests with the level of service required.As to your observation, whereby, you shared, that during your stay with us, you found our staff to be "unfriendly", to be perfectly honest, this comes as a total surprise, as based on the valued feedback received to date from the vast majority of our guests, much to the contrary of your statement, our staff is praised daily for their warm welcome and friendliness, which is synonymous with the legendary hospitality of the people of Tobago.However, I wish to convey to you my sincere apologies for any possible dissatisfaction felt during your stay at our Hotel.Taking into account, that you mentioned our pristine Beach here at the Resort, I wish to take this opportunity to highlight, that, only recently, we have purchased and put in place 60 brand new "Beach Lounges", as well as a "Gazebo" and in addition thereto, new "Non-motorized Water Sports Equipment" has been made available to our guests for their enjoyment.Once again, we wish to express to you our gratitude for your observations and we do hope, that in future, you will return back amidst us, so as to enable us to make amends.Remaining always at your service!Best personal regards,Paul
