“Great spot in nice neighborhood. Easy to walk to the grocery store or soccer stadium. Room has a nice size washing machine, and my room actually had two washing machines because it was the one that sleeps eight. AC worked great. ”

“Only good for those who can speak Spanish. There is no check -in counter. So if the electricity is out in the middle of the night, you have to call the front desk. However !! If you speak English, the woman just hang up the phone because she can only understand Spanish. Then you have to stay the night without charging the phone, cannot see anything in the bathroom, with heating, cannot drink hot coffee. And there is no compensation.”

“It's a very elegant building. The outside still has some construction going on but nothing noisy. The entire building is top quality from the hallways to the free laundry to the gymnasium to the room and the bathroom and the kitchen. Brand new with brand new designer furniture. AC works perfectly. Very very Central we walked the plaza de espana. We got lucky and found free parking on the weekends right in front of the building. The next block is the largest mall in Seville. “Para empezar es un excelente ubicación , donde se puede ir a todo lugar de Sevilla, la habitación con seguridad de clave tanto en la puerta principal ,como la de la habitación, de la habitación mi familia estuvo muy feliz, cómoda, era muy grande para 4 personas, todo super limpio, la cocina bien equipada, el baño bien distribuido los productos, tenía aire acondicionado, en mi apreciación y de mi familia, todo perfecto, volvería a tomar unos días en mi próxima visita ... Lo recomiendo.”
