Beautiful resort on breathtaking property. Highly recommend staying. Rooms were wonderful with a full kitchen except oven. Beach it overlooks is also beautiful and we seen river otters and a heron. Would definitely stay again - it’s worth the price!

We stayed 2 night as a family. The property is located right next to the Pacific trail and this was perfect for us. The views from our unit were beautiful. We loved just relaxing in our unit while enjoying the views and the plunge and hot tub were incredible. With a full kitchen we certainly would stay here longer next time.

Amazing room with a fantastic bathroom ~ there were shutters which could be opened so you could enjoy the lovely view from the bath. We were thankful for the hot tub after a long day on the bikes between Ucluelet and Tofino (highly recommend hiring e bikes as the ride through the forest is awesome). We had breakfast in the restaurant and the views are stunning.

Beautiful resort, the views are amazing. Rooms really quiet and peaceful. The restaurant food was really good too, although breakfast service was very slow one morning. We ordered food to our room from the restaurant x1 evening which was perfect for a quieter night in with x2 children and they really enjoyed having Netflix in the room too! Great stay overall, we didn’t want to leave.

We stayed at the Black Rock for 2 nights and I wish it were longer! It was the perfect base to have in the area and for going up to Tofino. Dinner in the restaurant was gorgeous and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend getting the ocean view to make the most of your time there!

Resort was clean..food was good, service wasnt always good.. Thomas at front desk nice. Our issue was we were there for a wedding, our son's and the organization/coordination from the hotel was terrible. Didn't get what we paid for, which led to alot of stress for our son and daughter in law to be. And to be honest when we expressed our concerns..it was dealt with by them saying "ill pass on your concerns" when you pay for a resort that is $500 or more per night you expect better service.
