This property was great! It was great for our last few days in Tokyo.. conveniently located close to a metro station, and the property provided complimentary breakfast and a happy hour which we enjoyed! Additionally, the rooms were clean and updated nicely!

We had a fantastic stay here! We booked a double twin room, which was spacious and comfortable for 2 people. The free breakfast is a nice perk, and the location is perfect- a short walk to the bustling areas but on a quiet street.

The staff was very nice and helpful with anything we needed assistance on. The free continental breakfast and coffee machine as well as the free open bar every night was much appreciated. Having washer/dryers on site was also very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. Highly recommend.

Bespoke Hotel was a fantastic place to stay in Tokyo. Even though the room was small, it accommodated our family of 4. It was clean with plenty of amenities. It was in a perfect location, close enough to the craziness of Shinjuku and to transport, but far enough away to get some quiet. Staff were helpful and the pastry/cereal breakfast was a nice surprise. So was the free alcohol in the evening (even though we only could drink there twice as we were usually out). Highly recommend this hotel for our first stop in Japan!

Room was very clean. Staff is very friendly. Free toiletries and water was such a big plus! And the donuts!! Omg! I can’t rave about Bespoke Hotel more! It was a great 5-day stay at a triple room. If there is a downside, the rooms are limited in space so if you have big luggages, it will be a challenge to maneuver.

This was our 3rd trip to Japan in the last 3 years. We always stay in Shinjuku when were arrive. We decided to try BESPOKE hotel this time around and we were not disappointed in anyway. Staff were amazing rooms were beauiful, clean and spacious. Hotel is located very close to stations and shrines. Thisnis one of our favourite stays in 3 trip over 3 years.
