Everything was great. Location is outstanding. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great although I believe I was inadvertently charged twice. We didn’t use the amenities and that is the reason I rated it in the middle. I am sure they are very good.
Great location, close to the subway station as well as an array of restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk. A good neighbourhood to stay in if you want a lively atmosphere without the chaos of Shibuya. The room was very clean, well maintained with a great view of Tokyo Tower. It was super compact which was fine for me as a solo traveller. Unpacking was a bit of a squeeze though as I only had space to open my case right at the front door! Staff were super helpful and polite.
Clean, efficient, small room comes with bath tub.
Self service laundry machines were really helpful during the hot summer travel.
I liked the breakfast very much, they provided Japanese, Western (including Italian food), variety of roasted vegetables which I deserve when I am traveling.
The location is excellent, not far from Shinbashi station, easy access from both Haneda airport and Narita Airport.
World-class staff and incredible service! The front desk team at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Shinbashi provided the best service we’ve ever experienced. They safely kept our luggage for nearly two weeks while we were on a cruise. To top it off, when we returned, they surprised my wife with a thoughtful birthday gift for her upcoming birthday! They are incredibly warm, professional, and friendly to the max. 10/10 service
Room size is what you'd expect for a corporate Japanese hotel - small but functional - great location as it's right next to Shimbashi Station and just a few minutes walk to Ginza. It's alright right next door to Dai-Ichi Hotel which is one of the Airport Limo Bus Stops. Property is very clean, check in is on the 2nd floor with an amenity bar for any basics you may need. Lovely Italian Bistro that opens for breakfast on the 1st floor, if that's not your vibe, there's a pizzeria, several ramen shops, a Doutor (Cafe), and I believe like... 3 Family Marts that surround the block. Walk an extra 5 minutes and you hit Ichiran and all the Izikaya's by the station. Got a room on 14th floor with a view of Tokyo Tower which was cool to wake up to every morning! All in all would stay here again.
