We stayed at this hotel for 5 days while visiting Tokyo. Great location, close proximity to subway. Overall good experience, clean and well-maintained facilities. The staff was friendly and always willing to help with any questions we had. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast that offered a variety of options. In the evenings, we appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. Some people were complaining about noise from subway, but it was very insignificant. I would 100% recommend and plan to stay there again.

The hotel lobby was on the fifth floor. Not the hotel’s fault; I just don’t recall being told that. Not a big deal. Bigger room than usual for Tokyo. Very helpful staff, lively neighbourhood with lots of interesting restaurants. Not too far from the subway either.

The Hotel Ginza by Granbel was fabulous. From the helpful, welcoming staff to the amazing onsen, with Hot springs bath, cold plunge, steam and sauna, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is also located close to the train station(8 min walk), tons of amazing restaurants and shopping in the premier area of Tokyo. There is also a popular nightclub on the lower level. The only thing I would change is that the coffee in the room are coffee bags (think tea bags). There is a complimentary coffee/tea service in the lobby area, but it has powdered cream. Also, if you get a terrace room, which we paid for, it is overlooking the train tracks beyond the high hedges you can hardly see over, so to me, not worth it, unless you want to sit out there at night. There is a rooftop bar/restaurant that is lovely, with nice lighting and an outdoor patio. We only had a cocktail here, so I cannot speak about the food. But, you would be hard pressed to have a bad meal in all of Japan, we didn't. We were not bothered by train noise for sleeping at all, either. Do yourself a favor and stay here.
