Clean and nice hotel. Room service was great and 24 hrs. Nice huge bathtub outside on balcony. Large clean bathroom stocked with good quality amenities. Small sauna in deluxe room. Free movies in English and Japanese. Connections to plug in your phone etc to stereo and charging. Check in 8pm out at noon. Free Breakfast. Strictly Adults only.
It’s in the red light district. Area like slums. Lots of litter. Getting approached in street by pimps. People working in hotel unknowledgeable. Didn’t make room. No help for my laundry.

It's convenient place because it's near the Kinshicyou station.
And there is a convenient shop near the hotel.
I absolutely loved our room with the outdoor bath. It was lovely! The bed was really comfortable and the room was huge. I would definitely stay at a Bali An Resort again. The only thing is the location isn't amazing and our room smelled like smoke. (Smoking rooms were the only options we had left when we booked)
This Hotel was Great! Friendly Staff and Extremely clean!
Staff spoke enough English to not have any problems.
Only downfall is this surrounding area was a little rough, just have the hotel call you a taxi and you wont have any problems.
My wife and I stayed here for a few days while visiting and loved it.
Om man är ett par på en romantisk resa så är det både ett mycket bra och trevligt ställa att vara på i Tokyo.
Värt att spendera en del tid på hotellet dessutom.
Det är ett "love hotel" av högre klass.
Comfortable, fun stay. Definitely for adults as it is kind of an upscale live hotel. Room service and breakfast was good! Lobby and room were nice and clean. Fun Bali theme, different from your regular hotel. The area was a little seedy and hard to access sites though. Also, the room was quite dark and window was nothing to talk about. I’d stay in same chain closer to sights for touristing.

A different type of hotel in Tokyo
OK. the Bali An hotel is a "love hotel" in Japanese terms. People rent the rooms in this type of hotel for a few hours for "personal time" with partners. Now on saying this, our stay was pleasant, the hotel is close to a subway station and on fast train line to the airport and centre of the city. The area the hotel is the red light district of Tokyo. As will all of Japan, it is pretty safe for women in world terms. The staff were helpful once they realized we had booked for the whole night! Room has instructions for the stay in english.
