There are elevators that bring the guests to all floors (Expedia incorrectly listed it has having no elevators). Food selection for the breakfast buffet was great, menu alternates every other day. Our room was spacious & clean. Staff was courteous. This will be our default hotel when we visit again.

Great hotel for the price. Stayed 4 nights. Very nice neighborhood. Close to train station. Best buffet breakfast ive had at a hotel, and it's included with the room price. Comfortable beds. Average 25 minute train ride to most turist attractions. Would definitely go back.

Breakfast was included and the rooms were of a decent size. Located next door to a supermarket and close to the bus, the location was convenient for us. It was a short walk over the bridge to Teamlabs and the tuna auction.

Hotel facilities is good, room is so spacious , we got a room with two single bed at 23sqm, and plenty of space when my husband is doing packing. The staffs is super helpful and friendly. I will recommended my son to stay here when he is visiting Tokyo in September. The only think to complaint is about 8mins walk to the train stations .

Good size of room

We tried 2 types of rooms during our stay in Tokyo. The Deluxe Twin Room, Non Smoking (45㎡) is highly recommended if you have 3 people or more. the room size is amazingly huge especially in a place like Tokyo. It is relatively close to the subway system. breakfast is awesome.

Huge rooms. In new part of the city, surrounded by modern apartment hi-rises. I stayed here as I had to be at the Toyosu Market tuna auction at 5,30am and it was a 20 minute walk from the hotel - much easier/cheaper than taxi/public transport from central Tokyo. Staff were very helpful, despite my limited Japanese and their limited English! Also, breakfast was really good!
