Place was close to a lot of tourist places, restaurants and coffee shops. The bed wasn’t as soft as I would have wanted it to be, but other than that it was a decent stay.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is so wonderful! Bonus, the hotel is perfectly located to shopping, dining, entertainment and trainlines (JR, H, G and C). There is so much to see and do and it is easy to hop on any of the railways to almost any location nearby. The hotel staff are so friendly and cheerful, we absolutely love this hotel and stayed last year - we will be back next year!

The room was so clean, and the staff members were so courteous. Additionally, the location was convenient because it was close to the JR line, the Ginza line and the Chiyoda line. Although the room size was small, it was very reasonable.

The receptionist guy Tanikawa was very polite, accomodating and always happy when talking to guest. The housekeeper also did a good job. Satisfied customer here and will stay again in the future. Thank you.

Overall a good stay, but there wasnt too many amenities (some coffee providedor larger mugs would be nice). Would suggest a vending machine with some snacks, but there are alot of food shops around. Note that visitors not allowed up to the room even non staying family, and this is enforced by a mandatory stop on the concierge floor on the elevator However the rooms were clean and the location was good and close to the station.

So clean and perfect room. Check in super easy they have a self check in machine which was very convenient to use. Handwritten note was sweet and gave me a free rubber duck to take home! Highly enjoyed my stay here.

The staff were so amazing and courteous! Our flight was delayed a bit, so we checked in right after the cutoff time, but they were so nice about it and helped us get checked in right away. The room itself was immaculate and size to be expected for a business hotel in Tokyo. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Good hotel in the middle of Akinabara

Great hotel in a really good location ( near many metrô and jr lines). The room is small ( like most of hotels in Tokyo) but has everything i needed. Very clean. The price was reasonable for Japanese standards. I would definitely stay here again.

Apart from the cigarette smoke on the 2nd floor, because of the smoking room - the hotel is clean, comfortable and perfect. We will certainly reserve here again as it is so convenient to shopping, food and metro. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive.

Pros: good location near Park, Zoo, Museum, train station and market. Rooms were comfortable and clean There are washing machines at lobby if you need to do laundry Friendly staff Cons: inconvenient lobby in 2nd floor that the elevator always stopped at Smelly lobby right by the smoking room We got charged quite more for taxes then other hotels we stayed at $40 dollars vs $4 at others

The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and clean. They even included a handwritten note and a small origami rabbit for me in the room. It’s was heartwarming. Definitely will stay in this hotel again if I go to Tokyo again.

Room was very cramped for a double twin, could barely unfold the suitcases. Location is good, staff was friendly when checking in. Air conditioning worked well since it was extremely hot while there.
