公寓位置方便，三分鐘到西新宿五丁目地鐵站，不用半小時就到新宿站，方便去不同地方。公寓附近有好多便利店，位置也不偏僻，感覺安全。

This is very good value for a tokyo stay , clean , good location ... like almost all Tokyo addresses , not easy to find, but be patient . It is a bit easier if you have a little japanese, but that isnt a barrier. Try and have the address in japanese with you , so you can show it to locals , or the piceman on duty in the police box nearby . It is on the Oedo subway line, so you have to change off the JR line ( Yamanotesen). A strong recommendation is to change trains at JR Yoyogi station , not Shinjuku which is enormous and complex until you get used to it . Strong recommendation on property, clean , works , family have stayed more than once. Go for it . Cob ( ps and very close to a Matsuya beef bowl restaurant, excelllent for fast tasty good value food if working , and on oppposite corner , excellent coffee in a tiny shop, "counterpoint gallery".. vv good and can do Australian style flat white , extra shot , you can ask in English )

It’s best you get for the money you paid. Highly recommend and loved the location, within 30 min to Shinjuku central by walk by MRT even less. Loved it and will book again

Great base for exploring Tokyo!

Great location; not far from Shinjuku Station, which can be accessed from the local metro station (Nishi Shinjuku Go-chome) Apartment was well equipped and clean, with use of a local mobile phone (which was amazing for helping us navigate the city!) would recommend this place! Thank you :)

Roomy for a studio apartment (larger than all the other hotels we stayed at) and efficiently laid out. The toilet was separated from the bath/shower, making it convenient to share. Easy access to Oedo line, just a few minutes walk away with grocery stores nearby. Loved how quiet the neighbourhood was. All in all, a great stay for the price you pay.

Plenty of room for a couple

Amazing apartment, perfect for a couple. Comes with kitchen and a nice Japanese bathroom which doubles as a drying room. You do have to pick up your key from another location that is easy to get to from the airport then they put you in a taxi to the apartment. It is very clean and 2 min walk to the subway. Some points to look out for was that the bed is quite hard which I wasn't used to. You don't get anything in the apartment such as tea and coffee or shampoo. Only dish washing liquid. But there is 4 mini Marts close by.

Perfect, for staying more than few days

We are very satisfied. We stayed for 7 days. Location is perfect, in a quiet area right between very busy Shinjuku and Shibuya, close to the Oeda subway line. Small room with a good size bed and everything one needs for their daily routine. Looks and feels very much like a bachelor apartment. But it is just a small apartment, not a hotel room. So you have to be prepared to be on your own. The rental office does everything they can so you have no problem, but it is not the same as a hotel front desk. For example, they provide the description of all amenities in English, but in our case the description of the washing machine was slightly different from the actual installed in the room. That was OK until it stopped working with the cloth and detergent inside. To fix it quickly I had to get online the correct manual in Japanese, Google-translate it (not a good translation) and then do some research to find that some filter just needed to be cleaned. The hole process took us probably 45 min of time and a load of frustration on my wife's part :). But we think it is fun. So I would very recommend the place, assuming one understands and accepts some risks.

Nice apartment. Provided all facilities and good value. Close to supermarkets and 5-7 min walk from local train station Nishi Shinjuku. Room provides all air conditioning. Would give 5/5 if bed was comfortable. Other than that, it's a great apartment.

Ett bra lägenhetshotell mycket nära Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome tunnelbanestation på Toeis Oedo line (den rosa linjen) och ca 1,5 kilometer från Shinjuku. Hade lite svårt att hitta stället först då ingen i området verkade känna till adressen men när jag väl hittade så var läget mycket bra. Finns en Police box precis i närheten där man kan fråga poliserna och dem kan peka ut vilket hus det är. Det ligger i ett lugnt kvarter men som ändå erbjuder några restauranger om man känner att man inte orkar ta sig till de mer folkfyllda kvarteren. Rummet var mycket bra, rent med en bekväm säng, AC, TV och tvättmaskin. Dock ingen reception så det finns ingen att fråga angående olika angelägenheter men jag tyckte inte att det behövdes

Exactly what I was looking for.

At a good price the location was convenient and the facilities were easy to access and in great condition. I was very happy to forgo hotel style services and save money. The managers also had perfect English (my Japanese is poor) and are happy to communicate by email.

Excellent location 15 min walk from Shinjuku station very clean self service apartmen with full kitchen equipment. Evwn better then hotel if yoy want to stay on a budget. 4 min walk to metro.I would recommend this to anyone going ri Tokyo it was the cheapest option I found from all the hotels.

住み心地は最高。入居時には注意。

地下鉄の駅や日用品がそろうコンビニ、外食も近いことから、大変利便性が高い立地に、綺麗なお部屋が心地よかったです。短期の滞在なら、近くのローソン１００で調味料などを含めて買い物をして、余ったものを宅急便で送り返す方法も。自炊はなべ１（ふたあり）、フライパン１（ふたなし）、ケトル、炊飯器があり、食器もそろっているため、何も準備する必要はありませんでした。一つだけ残念なのが、入居前にこちらから連絡することが義務づけられていること。ほとんど無人の状態でポストに置き鍵なので、入居する時にかなり戸惑いました。事前に会社からメールが来るなどの対応がほしかったです。

Super Lage in Shinjuku

Tolles Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Das einzigste Manko ist, das es nur Kabelanschluss fürs Internet gibt (also kein WiFi). Das haben wir durch den Kauf einen preiswerten mobilen Routers gelöst. Das Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen.
