This hotel was in great area to grab food and catch the metro to the airport. ( I wouldn’t recommend the monorail as much longer walk) staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable

This is a great hotel. Very friendly staff. The Tokyo tower is literally to the left of it once you walk outside. It’s a great sight to see. Subways very close by and many shops to enjoy nearby as well. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Very convenient location. You can take 1 train from Narita or Haneda airport without transfer and arrive at a station near hotel. Many places to eat nearby and there is a park and a famous temple nearby as well.

This hotel is located near several train stations, convenience stores, restaurants and drug stores so it's very convenient. Hotel staff was very friendly and the amenities were as advertised. The coin laundry was the most helpful for me; you don't need to have detergent!

Great spot to stay, helpful staff. Room was a good size for the cost as it included a couch and a little table. Good access to two train stops and walkable to Tokyo Tower and Teamlabs Borderless. Kids got their own welcome amenities.

The location is about a 10 minute walk from the JR station. Service is excellent, as expected of the Richmond brand. Rooms at this particular hotel are rather dated and the windows are frosted with a speckle pattern, so you can't see outside.
