The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. The room we had was spacious with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It's a short 10 minute walk to very good shopping areas and department stores.

We enjoyed our stay at Tokyu Stay. The room was spacious enough to have 2 suitcases and was in a good location. It was about a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station in a quiet part which I liked.

The room was extremely clean. The rooms and restrooms smelled and looked clean. The beds are pretty comfortable (SERTA MATTRESSES). The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with the suitcase delivery service to our next hotel. The in room washer/dryer was extremely useful and quiet.

We had an amazing stay at TokyuStay. Very convenient location to train, parks, dining options and shopping. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast each day. Heads up that kids over age 6 are considered adults for the room. Expedia did not make that clear when booking in the US. Luckily the hotel had a room left for us to book when we arrived during the busy Sakura season. Can’t wait to go back!
