APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Eki Tower
Clean room, nice amenities, pool was closed for winter. 5 minute walk to Ryokugo Station which is 2 stops to Akihabara station and Yamonote Line, good restaurants by station, convenience stores, coffee shops, sumo stadium.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
Room was small to manoeuvre and open large luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is in a nice area within walking distance to restaurants and train station. Airport bus conveniently stops at the hotel.
