Shinagawa Prince Hotel
I went to both their high end restaurants. The bar which charges even hotel guests to go in. Then the Japanese restaurant. It's a one and done. Food and drinks not worth the value.

Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo
This was a conveniently located hotel near 2 train stations that made it easy to get to any of the cities around the imperial palace within half an hour.
