An incredible property--built into the walls of the old city, with courtyards and fountains everywhere. Lovely room, great breakfast buffet. It is at the bottom of the hill, so you will definitely get a workout on your way to the historic sites of Toledo, but worth it!

Super amazing Place!

This place is amazing, the hotel is like a castle, super comfortable, big, a lot of rooms if you like to read, good restaurant, like a medieval place, which is awesome. I believe it is one of the best places I ever stayed. I highly recommend it to everyone who loves history and wants to relax.

The views and location were excellent. Place is dated but clean. Restaurant/ courtyard bar in the evening could be improved if they serviced the tables outside. For the amount of staff the has working for 2 tables inside, the staff could have been to better use giving table service for drinks to approx 35/40 people seated in the courtyard. This would have delivered an “excellent” for our stay . The breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices and great, friendly service

Apart from how excellent this accommodation was, I felt like staying in a royal castle. The rich history, smell of the old castle, furniture and surroundings add so much to the experience. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had an early morning train so they were so accommodating in packing our to-go breakfasts. Very happy and glad I stayed here.

Excellent service and relaxing environment. The hotel is full of history and very good at photo taking. The buffet breakfast variety is limited, limited choices of coffee and bread

It's a lovely environment. Our room 305 had a view of the old town and beyond with a small balcony and enormous bed. My partner was less keen on the open plan bathroom but the shower was excellent.
