The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was superb. Comfy beds, quiet, the only complaint we had was that both times we tried to have a shower, there was very little hot water. For us that’s a dealbreaker. Fix this issue and we would definitely stay here again. But without the assurance of a good shower I can’t say we would.

Wow. There really isn’t any other words to describe this property. From the moment we entered the door to when we checked out it was truly a delightful experience. The staff were amazing with a suggestion for a local meal that was exceptional. The room was modern but steeped with history. The hotel was impeccable. I highly recommend this property.

Roof top dining at sunset is a must! Hotel wifi was intermittent, unable to lower thermostat below 78 deg F. Hotel is well situated for walking to major attractions and shopping. Clean, safe and walkable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They called the cab for us when we needed to get to an event outside of the city. The hotel is clean and the neighborhood is very safe. We walked to all of the major attractions in Toledo.
