โThe owners were very lovely - friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, updated and tidy. It was also warm at night and not noisy from traffic at all. Cleaned and fresh every day.

โThe hotel is excellent quality and probably one of the top 2 hotels in Dunedin. Very convenient car parking building right opposite the hotel and it's about a 10min walk to The Octagon for bars, restaurants and cafes. Shopping on George Street is another 3 min walk.
The reception staff were polite and friendly and they very kindly gave us our room earlier than the check-in time.
