Beautiful property but hate the carpets in the rooms just doesn't feel as clean. The parking was full but we had alternate parkimg in the surrounding area. Front desk staff were very nice but breakfast staff were a bit put off. Overall I think I expected a bit better. location was great though.

Could have been good, but not quite

In generel, nice staff. Our room however had linning on the bed that was soaking wet, not damp.. wet. Reception promised to send someone, but noone came. We dried the sheets ourselves instead. Also be aware that the hotel is popular with families with small children, making the pool area crowded, and the noise level in the restaurant unbearable. Children sneezing in the buffet, and drumming loudly on the table is not a favorite of ours anymore. We simply expected, a more calm place.
