โI had somehow failed to find this hotel in Hotels.com and booked a different hotel through the website for my stay in Jerusalem. Because I didn't like the hotel where I stayed, I looked around nearby and found this hotel. This hotel is very lovely and clean, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I also liked their restaurant and breakfast. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I will travel to Jerusalem again. This hotel is less than 10-minute walking distance from the old town of...
โIt was so amazing. We loved the culture and the sights. The service asa as good as any 5-star hotel Iโve stayed at. The people in general were friendly and kind. โ
โVery nice staff - very helpful with everything. Common area kitchen allows you to make lattes and cappuccinos for free, which is very nice!! Room is nicely appointed, hotel is in a great location. Not for the disabled, as you have to climb several (15) steps to get into and out of the hotel. Other than that, a great place to stay!โ
โIf you want to feel the local vibe of Jerusalemโs soul, this is the hotel for you! Shoutout to Mimi and her husband for being such amazing hosts! โ
โStayed for one night only but this was a great boutique hotel in the heart of the pedestrian area of Jerusalem. Would definitely come back. Clean rooms and bathrooms.โ
โThe most wonderful guest house. All the staff were helpful and kind. The amazing manager Mark was so informative and helped to arrange tours. He is outstanding. I felt truly fortunate to stay at this guesthouse. Thanks to all for making my stay memorable.โ
โI stayed alone in a single room which was very tidy and well-airconditioned. The landlord was absolutely kind to provide advice, give information. etc. I appreciate the hospitality and definitely will stay again if I have a chance.โ

โAlways amazing to stay at the Orient, although noticed front desk reception is totally understaffed.
Waited for a long time to check in at 2pm and also waited for close to 5 mins when checking out at 6.30am.
Need more staff. Unacceptable for the quality of the hotel. โ
โHistorical antique building in city center. Very close to old city and new city. Special experience only possible in jerusalem ymca hotel. Free parking lot is located underground. โ
โThis hotel had the best breakfast out of all my travels. There was so much food that once you had breakfast you would be full for the rest of the day. So many choices: eggs, dairy, vegetables, fruit, coffee, sweets, breads. A gigantic buffet of delicious choices. The manager of the restaurant is very kind and will help you with whatever you need. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet and in a great location. A 20 minute walk to Jaffa Gate (Old City/Kotel (Wall)). Also, many cafes,...
