Proximity to the sea -shore was appealing. The food was well cooked. There is need to change the bed it is very uncomfortable and the linen is of poor quality. The furniture is also of poor quality. Need to provide water and body lotion even at a cost. Mosquitos were a nuisance, they can be controlled by spraying. It does not make sense to run a hotel without wifi facilities for guests. Most guests are business people who want to do business while at the hotel. This was a huge let down because wifi was available at the reception so one had to go to the reception area to access wifi. Remember people are prepared to pay for good service.

Sejour correct mais directeur non professionnel

Ayant réservé au dernier moment, nous avons pris cet hotel car disponible. Le Check in etait prévu pour 14 heures mais en arrivant on nous a obligés à attendre 15h00 faute de personnels. Aucun cocktail de bienvenue. La chambre etait correcte avec vue mer sauf la salle de bains tres dégradée. photos jointe. Le soir le repas bufet a été correct et a partir de 20h00 une ambiance musicale Dj etait en place. Etant le soir du réveillon de Noël, tout les clients on commencé à danser, lambiance etait joyeuse mais A 22h00 la musique a été coupée sur consigne du nouveau directeur. Les clients etaient stupéfaits et mécontents. Je precise que la plupart des personnels de l'hôtel sont charmants comme Criss ou Marie mais le directeur n'a fait aucun cas des clients ni ne leur a même souhaité un bon Noël. Le lendemain matin de nombreux clients se sont plains au directeur dont moi même. Celui-ci tres désagréable n'en avait cure et il a même avancé qu'il n'étai as plus motivé et quil attendait juste sa retraite prochaine. Donc hotel à éviter si vous souhaitez une ambiance lors des reveillons et surtout si vous etes Français metro ou reunnionnais. Il fait apparement beaucoup plus d'évènements privés en semaine pour rentabiliser et en plus au detriment des clients de l'Hotel. Donc hotel 2 etoiles correct mais mal administré et les sites reserveurs doivent influer ver la direction generale des cocotiers pour retablir un management et respect plus conventionnels des clients. Needs an upgrade from rooms to dining. Staff not helpful and wanted to charge 400 rupees for drinks which we didn’t have. Did not replace towels, had to go and ask every day. No phone in the room, physically had to go to reception. Not much choice in the buffet. Would not recommend.

Bien pour le passage

Arrivée vers 14h, heure du check in indiqué, mais la chambre etait encore en cours de nettoyage. Nous avons récupéré la chambre vers 15h après être retourné à l’accueil. La chambre était plus ou moins propre, avec peu de wifi et une mauvaise insonorisation (nous entendions nos voisins) Évitez le buffet, plus cher qu’un bon restau en extérieur.

Bon rapport Q/P

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Dejeuners et diners bien, le petit dejeuner pourrait avoir un peu plus de choix/quantité (les leve-tard n'auront plus grand chise). Prevoyez absolument votre adaptateur car pas de prises continentales (etonnant pour un hotel dont la clientèle est tres francaise). En dehirs ces 2 choses tres bon séjour pour lebprix et la proximité avec port-Louis si vous y travaillez. Cote plage pas vraiement le lieu ideal pour se baigner (roches et oursins) mais on peu quand meme pratiquer standup paddle, pedalo, kayak gratuotement (!) Et la piscine de l'hotel est tres correcte. Bref je recommande pour un sejour entre amis si vous avez une voiture et voulez rayonner, ou travaillez sur Port-Louis ou encore n'avez pas le budget pour les 5etoiles des localites plus touristiques

chambre petite avec lit en 140, matelas dur. Aucun siège , armoire petite, pas de prises à 2fiches. Pas de bouteille d’eau. Salle de bain minimaliste avec 1 savon et 2 serviettes. Personnel juste aimable. Buffet du dîner avec très peu de choix ( mais bon) Buffet petit dej succinct. Jolie piscine, mer avec coraux ( danger) Résumé : hôtel basique en bord de mer.

Un petit hôtel magnifique, on vous accueille avec un petit cocktail, après 24 h de voyage c’est le paradis , j’ai été malade pendant mon séjour (pas de bol) j’ai eu droit à des grogs , des thés pour le rhume directement dans ma chambre et même un massage de l’esthéticienne du spa ! En bref , je me suis fait chouchouté ! Le personnel est bien plus qu’accueillant, ils est parfait !!! N’hésitez pas, nous avons passé 10 jours excellent 👌

Le décor de la petite plage et du tour de la piscine ainsi le jardin sont magnifiques et propices à la détente, au dépaysement. Pour la baignade dans le lagon, beaucoup de coraux, peu d'eau. Il faut aller sur d'autres plages si on veut profiter du lagon. Le pédalo et le kayak sont en fonction des marées et des jours de travail du responsable de la boat house et le paddle est trop dangereux au dessus des oursins et coraux. Le personnel est absolument adorable. Les salles de bain des chambres sont à rénover.

Die Bilder vom Hotel sind schöner wie in Wirklichkeit. Der Strand ist sehr klein und voller abgestorbenen Korallen. Man kann nur mit Badeschuhen baden. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und minimalistisch eingerichtet. Das Bad lässt echt zu wünschen übrig. Es ist sehr alt. Wir haben über eine Stunde auf unser Zimmer warten müssen, obwohl Check in ab 14 Uhr ist. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl dort gefühlt und sind nach einer Stunde wieder abgereist.

Très charmant hôtel. Très verduré. Jolie piscine avec une vue sur le lagon. Bémol sur le confort de la literie. Personnel à l'écoute mais pas souvent souriant c'est dommage. Bonne cuisine. Le midi carte réduite efficace pour se restaurer et le soir buffet qui change tous les jours. Beaucoup de Mets locaux. C'est bien

Quelques jours agréables

La chambre où j’ai séjourné avez magnifique rien à dire c’était sublime face a la mer et aux petits bateaux de pêcheurs.Par contre il ne faut pas être à cheval sur la propreté des joints de la salle de bain noir. Le mobilier blanc n’est pas entretenu noix aux endroits de passage armoire table de nuit table. Les draps pas vraiment nette en blanc gris mais bon on peut pas tout avoir. Sinon le service des Mauriciens n’est pas à revoir ils savent recevoir. Par compte pour la C’est quasiment impossible car il y a des récifs pour aller très loin.
