“Ennis is a beautiful village and Old Ground is right in the middle. Poet's Corner is excellent. My wife said her meal was the best of any meal she had on a 2 week visit to Ireland and Scotland. Bed slept like a dream. Staff was helpful. Ever a property cat at the door to welcome you to the hotel.”

“The bar and atmosphere were amazing! This hotel was super busy with tour buses and big groups coming through. The food is great and the service excellent! The building is old and needs updated badly. The room showed signs of being very old and not professionally maintained. Faucets leaked, carpet old, bathroom tub left a lot to be desired. Overall I would stay there again, very family friendly. Just understand it is an older hotel.”

“Beautiful place. Set up a crib for my baby before we got there which was amazing. Comfy bed! Nice shower. Delicious breakfast in morning. This will be where we stay whenever we fly into Shannon from here on after.”

“We stayed on a Wednesday night, they inform you of the noise from the night club. The night club isn’t open during the week, but there’s a very nice bar next to it we had a blast in!!. We didn’t hear a peep the whole night. Would definitely stay again!!”

“This place was clean, quiet, and safe, and is in a pretty setting near/on estate lands. Very convenient from the highway for access to local tourist spots and Shannon Airport. The hotel is super large and sprawling. It seems to be very popular with young families. At our Expedia rate it was pretty basic in terms of amenities. We took a look at the breakfast, which wasn't included in our rate, and it also seemed basic, so we gave it a pass. Great local bakeries and other spots to choose from...
