Only when we enter in the room the floor was little bit dirty but I called the reception and after two minute cleaning lady come, say sorry, and clean everything.
The people work in the cosmopolitan are very good person and help me and my family for everybody ๐โ
โThe location of the hotel was very good, it was really close to the supermarket and the beach, and the location was excellent. However, the only downside was that the hotel was overall old, so the air conditioner and bathroom exhaust fan were very noisy, and the room overall was small. However, the receptionist was very friendly and the valet parking was also very good.โ
โWe had a great experience at Ibis Santos, provided us with easy access to the beach, church and restaurants with walkable distances. Overall, we had a great experience. โ

I would have liked to see the protected outdoors patio being used with a coffee shop as it was in the past. What a pity, because its huge window allows one to see the sidewalk, the ocean and the traffic. Great to work, have a drink and relax.โ
