Hotel stay was excellent, room was huge and clean, good room amenities, plenty of free parking space available, and walkable to a nice area by the beach with shopping and eateries, will definitely stay here again
Elegant new design, loads of free amenities and the pool area is fantastic, staff were friendly at all times. Free drinks available all day inc alcoholic in the evening. Breakfast was really good also
Hotel is kind of dated and may need refurbishing but the view of the hotel is breath taking, overseeing the sea and airport, but no you will not hear the plane zooming past your room as sound proof is great...free flow of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and ti-bits at the roof bar till 9 or 10pm was a big plus...close proximity to the Umikaji Terrace Senagajima 瀬長島 ウミカジテラス was a surprise. Option to take away breakfast in a pinic basket or to dine in was also a nice touch.
This property is so beautiful. The rooms are big and the atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. The front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful. My husband and could not have picked a better place to celebrate our anniversary. We hope we can return in the future.
The pool is small but clean. Happy hour is nice. The room is clean and has great views. Cats in the parking lot are a great bonus.
Have problem with the breakfast though. Each guest is expected to go to the 1st floor with their own picnic
The hotel was very new and the rooms are very big and spacious compared to rooms offered in Japan.
The concept of the breakfast was quite nice as you pick it up and eat anywhere you want!
We loved staying in this little island and would stay there again next time we’re back to Okinawa.
Clean and remained new, hope this will continues. Met with some miscommunications between staff, could have better procedures when dealing with guest bathing tax to avoid asking for double payment. Not much to complain, well insulated and decent room sized for a hotel that enables one to view airplanes taking off and landing. Not to mention their lounge service were of quality snacks and beverages!
New hotel, nice view, rooms are bigger enough for 3 adults to stay!👍👍
No options for the tableware of breakfast,u can use a lot of paper only 👎
新酒店,觀景好,房間足夠三個成人入住,近窗的床聴到飛機聲但不影響睡眠。
早餐用具可以選擇,不是只可用外帶合會更好。
The staff was very polite and nice. The room was big and really beautiful compare to other regular hotels near the airport.
But the restaurant didn’t have much options we had to go outside to eat. The breakfast wasn’t good. They should change the menus of the restaurant.
Japanese flooring is clean, no bad smell like the hotel I stay currently. Okinawa is hot and humid, the carpet is hard not to smell. Storyline has good breakfast and evening drinks served. There is a bus operated by Tokyo Bus, TK02, close by. Buy a one day pass to get u to ou to hotels, airport, shopping mall, and food station.
The amenities were great but when checking in we spoke limited Japanese so we were not aware of a lot of what we had access to or hotel policies. The room was great, clean and spacious. We loved the ocean view. The staff were fairly friendly but did not always feel welcomed or acknowledged. We had just come from Double Tree Hilton where we had a very pleasurable stay with very helpful and welcoming staff so the expectations were high. The breakfast variety was very limited. Only meat and of only really western variety which was disappointing because we come from Canada/America expecting to taste more of what Okinawa has to offer. The pool was the best part!
