"Booked 2 adults 3 children. To which we were given 2 separate rooms nowhere near each other. Asked for them to be near. They offered room next door but didn’t point out smaller bed and the most uncomfortable thing I’ve gone on. I’m slim and lying on there must have been an inch between me n bed base. Anyone slightly larger wd have been on it. Paid for 2 big beds. And not what given. Pretty disappointing"

"Lovely room, easy access and parking. Hosts provided everything we needed. Beds and bedding were comfy. Area is walkable and hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, and activities. We had a wonderful relaxing stay."

"The room was good. Comfy bed. Clean. Breakfast average. Good parking. Check in was absolutely absurd. Arrived at 3:00 and did not get into room until 4.30!! It appears if you do not book direct you are shunted to the back of the queue and that includes Expedia They give you deals and then treat you like third class citizens. No explanations - no apologies. Absolute disgrace!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here and everything was as described. We received a friendly welcome upon arrival and were checked in quickly. Our room was spacious, warm, clean and comfortable. We had a drinknat the well stocked bar before dinner each night and retured for another after eating. The food was simply delicious at both breakfast and dinner with plenty of choices and special requirements catered for. We really hope to return for a further visit at some point."

"Good stay, reasonably priced for half board, and decent value for money overall. Room very small with limited window despite upgrading to one with a window, although clean and functional. Breakfast and evening meal were buffet style and had a reasonable choice. Good selection of fish dishes for evening meal but no fish options for breakfast. Breakfast was also lacking any nuts or seeds or fresh fruit to go with yogurt and tinned fruit. Although good selection of traditional Scottish cooked breakfast. Easy parking and swimming pool good. Lots of things for kids to do."

"Breakfast was fine but as you would expect when they prepare the food earlier, it's very difficult to keep the food warm unfortunately."

"Dated & tired property in severe need of an upgrade, a lot of things in the room didnt work , heated rail in the toilet, fan in the shower room, TV didnt work initially Overall the place was clean & tidy On our stay we had the buffet breakfast option along with limited continental breakfast option Situated on the outskirts of the town within easy walking distance"
