"We had the pleasure of staying at Sunworld Dynasty Hotel twice during our two-week trip to China, and both experiences were absolutely incredible. This is truly a five-star hotel with all the perks that come with it. The location is ideal, situated in the heart of Beijing, surrounded by hundreds of shops, restaurants and cafes to suit every budget. Many attractions are within walking distance; however, if you prefer not to walk, the Beijing subway is just a minute away. About the hotel, our check-in experience was swift and pleasant. We were in our room within 10 minutes of arrival. The reception staff were friendly and spoke good English. The room was comfortable, spacious, spotless, and with good working AC. We received a welcome basket of fruit on arrival. The hotel provided four bottles of free water daily, along with delicious tea bags.
The breakfast at the hotel is excellent. It includes Chinese dishes (the dumplings and smoked duck are to die for), a Western-style breakfast with omelets and whatnot, and Middle Eastern options. The breakfast area is very spacious, reminiscent of a ballroom with a waterfront view. The hotel also has a nice spa, a good-sized, crystal-clear swimming pool, and a gym.
Throughout our stay, the staff were very attentive, polite, and kind, with special thanks to Lily, who went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Overall, if we ever return to Beijing, we'll definitely be staying at Sunworld Dynasty Hotel!"
