“The Hotel was fine, the room suitable for where we were, just found the hotel staff lacked knowledge of the local area (Being French Backpackers Im guessing) hot water in the morning was also lacking ”
“upon arriving checking in the front desk told me 'Oh we can't find your key" that should have been my 1st clue. I paid and booked a for a cabin queen palm room back in January all to be put into an executive suite (smaller room) when questioned the staff on why i was charged more than the room I'm in they told me Expedia charges a fee (never been charged a fee ever with Expedia) and my room I was in was an upgrade so I should smile about that.

“Unique it certainly was ! Booked primarily for the Butterflies & meals only to discover 24 hrs before there are no buttetflies and was informed of reduced food availability when we arrived.
