“Urgently needed a room for the night due to bereavement and booked this as it was cheap. Keys for room needed collection from sister hotel a couple of minutes walk away, the receptionist was lovely and welcoming. The room however was very basic (which was not really a problem for the time we were there but did intend to stay possibly longer). The bathroom was dirty and mould on the tiles. The bed was in desperate need of replacement and mattress felt like “whack-a-mole” with springs popping up!...

“This property is right on the river with lots of shopping and restaurants in easy access. I appreciated the availability of a parking permit, since all the street parking says permit only. They were smart to leave the washer manual in the welcome notebook as I had no idea how to operate this style of washer. Check in info was sent to our what’s app, which makes a lot of sense, since they draw travelers from all over the world. I wish we could have stayed longer!”

“Wonderful spot, especially with kids, as the common space has a slide, pirate ship climber, farm animals to see (goats, chickens, ponies) and grass to run on. The glamping cabins were quite clean and "cozy", as you'd expect, but we fit 3 adults and 3 kids in there. We were able to buy some firewood for a cooking fire. Definitely recommended for anyone looking to get a bit of a camping experience. Owners were very friendly as well, and generally available as needed.”
