Amazing staff - especially at check in - they couldn't do enough for us - we even got an early check in with really helped on a super hot day on Rotterdam. "The setting was very unusual in a pleasant way in that she is a retired ocean liner. Unfortunately, I was staying only a short time and I was on business. Otherwise I would have loved to visit the museum and take the tour. The overall impact was charming and much of the feel from her bygone days was still present. The staff, oops I meant crew, were all very helpful and attentive. I will stay longer next time."
