“If only the owners would listen to the customer feedback from previous guests! All the same niggling issues stop this from getting g a 5 star rating. Dirty pots and pans, a central heating system that needed to be rebooted constantly, poor level of cleaning generally, all have been commented on by previous guests!”

"인버네스 시내에서 좀 멀어서 차나 택시가 필수예요. 리셉션이 있는 건물은 중세건물로 운치있어 좋았고, 객실이 있는 곳은 옆에 새로지어진 굉장히 현실적(?)인 건물이었습니다. 정원과 조식을 먹는 가든은 이뻤어요. 조식 맛은 그냥 보통입니다. 직원분이 친절하긴하나 교육은 안받으신 직원인 것 같고, 객실건물은 한층 이동해야하나 엘레베이터는 없습니다. 객실과 욕실은 넓은 편이고 라지에이터도 따뜻했어요"
