"Staff were very kind and helpful. The suite was a little dated but clean. The location was perfect , right by the old town shopping street lines with restaurants, 10min walk from train station and 3 minutes from cathedral. The only downside was not having working elevator to carry suitcases through winding stairs to and from 4th floor room. "

"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. "This was the first hotel where I received a WhatsApp message from the front desk before check-in, a thoughtful touch that made arrival smooth. The check-in experience was very welcoming and we were served hot lemon tea when we arrived at night. The room was cozy and comfortable. Although there was no kettle initially, the staff responded quickly to our request. Overall, a lovely stay with warm hospitality."
