"Great little boutique hotel right in old San Juan. We had a very busy check-in time so the staff for fairly rushed to get everyone checked in and get rooms ready however they have a great little bar right in the lobby to make you nice and comfy while you wait. You're served by the staff whatever you need, they have it right there. You can tell they stay very busy Cruise traffic for the overnighters and lots of guests coming in to enjoy our San Juan. The suggestions I would make when you have such a quick turnaround is sweep and mop the room floors. It makes a difference, especially in the bathroom and around your bed standing up on a floor with dirt and debris after you've had a restful night sleep not fun. Otherwise it was a great stay I will return."

"Very nice beach area; well maintained pools and excellent food. The hotel is 45min from San Juan airport if you enjoy relaxing on the beach and hanging around the resort its a great choice! The excursions are located closer to San Juan; if be prepared to pay an additional fee of around 110$ for transportation. Hotel staff were friendly, complimentary drinks in the evenings with music and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Embassy Suites!"
