“The rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. It is also in a good location and you don't have to go out to dine if you don't want to.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this Kempinski property. I had previously encountered an issue where my child’s age was incorrectly set to a default of 2 years old in other bookings on Hotels.com. To avoid this, I sent a message 10 days prior to check-in to clarify that the actual age is 11, but I received no response. Upon arrival, I was told a cradle had been prepared for my room. “The outside temperature during my stay was over 40°C, but my room stayed at a suffocating 30°C. The air conditioning was practically non-existent.

“Room was super clean. Service is very nice.”

“Great stay at the Leon Hotel, perfect location. Staff was super nice! Great breakfast!”
